About deborah parise

My mission in life has always been to encourage and uplift as many people as possible. I became passionate about spirituality and the law of attraction several years ago. I desperately wanted to know more about myself and how to become better. Through my actual life experiences, knowledge, and wisdom, I have come to know the true meaning of life. I have learned that our life experiences are our greatest teachers. I am doing what I love best... inspiring others to become who they really are and to fulfill their purpose in life. We must realize that PEACE, LOVE, and LIGHT are within each and every one of us, always. Let us unite as one; support and help each other, and make a difference in this beautiful world. I wish you abundant joy and success in all that you do! ~deborah~

Being Honorable

Standard

My definition of an honorable person is someone who is righteous, trustworthy, compassionate, and shows respect for others. A person of honor is fair and forgiving, takes responsibility for his/her own actions, keeps promises, and maintains composure during difficult situations. A person who earns an honest living and is willing to help others is being honorable. When these values are practiced, much respect from others will be gained, and there will be a spiritual peaceful feeling within.

Who is Your Best Friend?

Standard

Do you have a best friend? Do you treat your best friend better than all your other friends? Are you kinder and more gentle and respectful toward your best friend? When you look in the mirror at yourself, do you observe your physical attributes, or do you focus on your true self? Do you love and appreciate who you see and who you are? No one knows you better than you. You are your best friend. How well do you treat yourself? Thank your best friend for always being there for you 24/7 through thick and thin.

Trying

Standard

Words have power. Be careful when you speak or write the word ‘trying.’ The definition  I am referring to is: “make an effort to do something: to attempt to accomplish or complete something” (from Merriam-Webster.com). When you truly want to accomplish something, you have to eliminate the word ‘trying’ because the universe delivers exactly what you state. You will continue to try or attempt to instead of actually achieve the goal. Be aware of the words you use. You will get quicker and better results when you are more specific and direct with the universe. And of course, always use the powerful words ‘I am.’ See the following examples:

  • I am trying to follow biblical principles.  ►  I am following biblical principles.
  • I am trying to practice humility in my daily life.  ►  I am practicing humility in my daily life.
