Answer this Question

Standard

Does God exist?  Several years ago, I asked myself this question.  I was raised Catholic and said I believed in God, but did I really?  It is difficult for many of us to understand why there are tragedies and so much grief in this world if there truly is a God.  My personal experiences in life have brought me to believe that God does exist and loves us.  The missing link and puzzle pieces have finally come together.  The things I have always craved in life are happening effortlessly for me now.  Why?  Because I have strong faith and belief in God.  Does God exist?  No one can answer that question for you but you.

Be of Service

Standard

We were put on this earth to help each other. Who are you going to help today? Will you offer your condolences to a family who lost a loved one; are you praying for someone who is ill; will you express your gratitude to someone who has helped you; will you reach out to someone who is struggling with life; or will you simply be kind to everyone who crosses your path today? Helping others is a great way to feel good about ourselves. When we help people, people will naturally want to help us, and the positive energy will keep increasing. What are you going to do today to be of service?

Choices

Standard

You are where you are now because of the choices you’ve made. Everything you do in life do it with awareness. Make conscious choices. Make choices based on love and faith rather than fear and doubt. Allow the goodness within you to help guide you to make wise choices. The choices you make create your life. Make your own choices, or you will end up following someone else’s dream.

Create the Perfect Love

Standard

When we want to attract the right people into our lives, we first have to be right with ourselves. How can we be better so that we can have better relationships? If you’re in a relationship that needs repaired, figure out what you can do to make things right. Instead of expecting the other person to change, we have to learn to change ourselves. Become more loving, accepting, and supportive of ourselves, and then we can provide the same in our relationships. love4

Celebrate the Season

As we come together for different celebrations around the world during this holiday season, let’s keep one thing in mind.  Love.  Choose to love people for who they truly are.  Choose to love people regardless of their race, color, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, profession, political beliefs, etc.  Love is pure, love is positive, and love is powerful.  Love your Creator, love yourself, love everyone, and love life.

Feeling Blessed

Standard

Today, I give thanks to God for giving me intuition to follow my heart.  I have been working on a book for the last couple of years titled, “Break Free From Your Reins.”  It is currently in final editorial review for publication.  I am so grateful to be doing what I love best.. helping others.  Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Love Yourself

Standard

Why are we so hard on ourselves?  Sometimes we treat other people better than we treat ourselves.  At times, we may feel we’re not good enough.  We need to focus on progression instead of perfection.  Accept yourself, be kind and gentle with yourself, lift yourself up, respect yourself, believe in yourself, encourage yourself, be grateful for yourself, and love yourself!

Where’s Your Sense of Humor?

Where’s Your Sense of Humor?

I love to laugh!  Did you ever laugh so long and hard that you forgot what you were laughing about in the first place?  Kids are so amusing.  My three-year-old grandson says and does the funniest things.  He sure does brighten my day when we’re together.  My favorite movies to see are comedies.  The next time you are feeling down, go see a funny movie.  Laughter is truly the best medicine for the mind, body, and soul!
